Refund and cancellation information

Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund questions are handled for Globe Pay services and merchant payment transactions. The correct process depends on what was purchased, who received the payment, the transaction status, applicable law, and any relevant provider rules.

Payments made to a merchant

If you paid a merchant for its goods or services, contact that merchant first to request a cancellation or refund. The merchant is responsible for its customer refund policy and for deciding whether the underlying purchase qualifies. Globe Pay cannot promise or issue a merchant-funded refund on the merchant’s behalf.

Globe Pay plan or service charges

Fees for a Globe Pay subscription, plan, or other service are handled according to the terms shown when you purchase or renew and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Unless those terms or the law provide otherwise, charges for a period already started or service already supplied may not be refundable.

Duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized payments

If you believe a payment was duplicated, made for the wrong amount, or not authorized, contact the merchant and the payment provider using their official support channels. Globe Pay merchants can also contact our support team with the transaction reference so we can help review available records. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or full card details.

How to submit a request

Contact the merchant for a purchase refund, or use the Globe Pay contact page for a Globe Pay account or service charge question. Include the date, amount, transaction or invoice reference, and a brief explanation. Share only information needed to identify the request; never email secret credentials.

Review and processing

We may need to verify account ownership, transaction details, and relevant provider records before responding. If a refund is approved by the responsible merchant or service team, the actual posting time depends on the payment method and provider. A request or review does not itself mean a refund has been approved.

Applicable rights and updates

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. This policy may be updated when service arrangements or legal requirements change; the current version and effective date will be posted here.
