Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information, be legally able to enter into an agreement, and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting its credentials. Notify Globe Pay promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Merchant onboarding and verification
Access to features or payment channels may require identity, business, ownership, or other verification. Globe Pay may request information reasonably needed for compliance, risk review, account security, or provider requirements. Access can be limited while information is reviewed or where required by law or a provider.
Payments and third-party providers
Payment methods, processing, verification, and settlement depend on the providers and configuration available to your account. A displayed payment status or customer redirect is not a substitute for the server-side verification steps documented for your integration. Provider availability and processing times may vary.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your products and services, customer disclosures, order fulfilment, applicable taxes, refunds owed by your business, and compliance with laws and provider rules. You must not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, restricted, or unauthorized activity, or interfere with platform security or availability.
Fees, plans, and settlement
Plan prices, usage limits, fees, and settlement conditions are those disclosed for your account or agreed separately in writing. Any applicable provider charges, reserves, holds, or settlement conditions will be presented or communicated where relevant. You authorize charges that you have accepted under your plan or agreement.
Service availability and changes
Globe Pay works to maintain the services but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the service. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when practicable.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services and request account closure through the available support channel. Globe Pay may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security concern, legal requirement, provider instruction, or risk to users or the platform. Outstanding obligations and provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Liability and governing requirements
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Globe Pay is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including third-party provider outages. These terms are subject to applicable laws and any mandatory rights available to you.
